Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STDS platforms, programs, content, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. These terms apply to:

Website visitors
Trainers and facilitators
Program creators
Institutional partners
Certification applicants

Nature of Services

STDS operates as a structured capability system provider, offering:

Training program architecture
Workbook-led learning systems
Trainer certification frameworks
Program licensing and delivery models
Intellectual property–based educational products

STDS does not operate as an open content platform. All materials are part of a controlled, structured system.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership & Protection

All STDS materials are protected intellectual property, including but not limited to:

Workbooks
Trainer manuals
Program structures and curriculum
Frameworks and models
Certification systems
Visual designs and content assets

These are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and IP laws.

Key Principle: Access does not imply ownership.

Permitted Use

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use STDS materials strictly for:

Personal learning
Approved training delivery (only if certified/authorised)
Institutional use under formal agreement

Allowed Only If

Workbook usage is mandatory during delivery

Content is used without modification

Delivery follows STDS-defined structure

Prohibited Use

Users may NOT engage in the following activities:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute STDS content
Modify frameworks or present them as original work
Deliver STDS programs without authorization
Use materials without required workbook integration
Create derivative programs based on STDS IP
Share trainer manuals, PPTs, or internal systems publicly
Misrepresent certification or affiliation

Unauthorised use is a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Program Creator IP Structure

For co-created programs, intellectual property is structured under STDS governance:

IP is jointly structured under STDS governance
STDS retains rights for scalability, standardisation, and distribution

Program Creators Receive

Creator credit
Co-author recognition
Defined revenue share
Role-based association (e.g., Master Trainer)

No program may be independently replicated, distributed, or commercialised outside the STDS ecosystem.

Certification & Trainer Usage

Only certified or authorised individuals may:

Deliver STDS programs
Use trainer manuals and delivery systems
Represent STDS in training engagements

Certification may be

Revoked Suspended Not renewed

If standards, ethics, or usage guidelines are violated.

Payment, Fees & Commercial Terms

Certain services may involve financial commitments including:

Program creator investment
Certification fees
Workbook purchases
Licensing or partnership fees

All Payments

Are governed by specific agreements

Are non-transferable unless stated

May be non-refundable depending on stage and service

Limitation of Liability

STDS is not liable for:

Business outcomes resulting from program use
Revenue expectations or projections
Misuse or unauthorised use of content
Third-party delivery inconsistencies

We build systems.
Execution responsibility remains with the user.

Termination of Access

STDS reserves the right to restrict or revoke access, suspend certifications, or terminate partnerships if:

Terms are violated
IP misuse is detected
Ethical standards are compromised

Confidentiality

Certain materials are confidential, including:

Trainer manuals
Program architecture documents
Certification processes

Users agree not to disclose or share such materials without written permission from STDS.

Third-Party Use

STDS is not responsible for:

External platforms used for delivery
Third-party collaborations not formally authorised
Independent trainer agreements outside STDS framework

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in India.

Changes to Terms

STDS may revise these Terms of Use periodically.

Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
